Special Needs Support

Madinah Airport is fully equipped with dedicated services for passengers with special needs to ensure their comfort throughout their journey.

To facilitate receiving the appropriate assistance, please contact your airline or travel agency and request the necessary support at least 48 hours before your flight.

These services include:
 
  • Designated drop-off and pick-up points: Equipped with ramps for passengers with special needs at terminal entrances.
  • Dedicated parking spaces: Located near terminal entrances.
  • Dedicated information and check-in desk: Staff trained to assist passengers with hearing or speech disabilities.
  • Wheelchair service: Provided by airlines; please request in advance.
  • Priority waiting seats: Designated waiting areas at boarding gates for passengers with special needs.
  • Restrooms: Equipped with accessible entrances, facilities, and emergency alarm systems for passengers with special needs.
