QHSE Policy

This Policy is approved by the Board of Directors on 29 July 2025

 

Tibah is committed to implementing and maintaining Quality, Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) Management Systems that drive continuous improvement in performance and effectiveness. We strive to deliver services that meet the requirements of our internal and external customers, comply with applicable standards, and fulfill all relevant legal and regulatory obligations. This commitment reflects our dedication to the well-being and satisfaction of our customers, employees, contractors, stakeholders, and the broader community in which we operate.

 

Tibah has established an Integrated Management Systems (IMS) that adheres to ISO 9001, ISO 10002, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, GACA regulations, and local and international best practices. Through this IMS, Tibah defines QHSE objectives, conducts comprehensive risk assessments covering health, safety, and environmental aspects, and ensures the delivery of high-quality services that consistently exceed customer expectations.

 

Tibah is committed to:

  1. Developing and maintaining QHSE policies and procedures to eliminate nonconformities, hazards, and mitigate associated risks.
  2. Establishing and integrating QHSE and complaint-handling objectives into business strategies and operational processes.
  3. Striving to achieve customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality services and facilities.
  4. Providing adequate resources to establish, implement, maintain, and continually improve the QHSE Management System.
  5. Ensuring a safe and healthy environment for all airport users through continuous monitoring and proactive measures.
  6. Enforcing disciplinary actions for noncompliance with QHSE standards and procedures, unsafe behavior, or violations of legal and regulatory requirements.
  7. Protecting the environment through pollution prevention, sustainable resource use, climate change mitigation and adaptation, and the preservation of biodiversity and ecosystems.
  8. Maintaining continuous engagement with stakeholders to ensure operational consistency and alignment.
  9. Implementing and maintaining an emergency response plan in accordance with regulatory requirements and ensuring effective response capabilities.
  10. Conducting regular inspections, scheduled audits, and management reviews to monitor compliance and drive improvements.
  11. Promoting a positive QHSE culture characterized by individual accountability and shared responsibility among all airport users.
  12. Encouraging employees and stakeholders to proactively report QHSE-related hazards and risks.
  13. Reporting QHSE performance data and issues to relevant authorities in a timely and transparent manner.
  14. Consulting with stakeholders’ and workers’ representatives and ensuring the participation of all levels of workers in QHSE-related matters.

 

The QHSE Policy and Integrated Management System (IMS) shall be reviewed periodically to ensure their continued suitability, compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and alignment with Tibah’s strategic objectives.
